Description

Ingredients

  • 4 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup canned baked beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine baked beans, cheese, cumin, and chili powder until well mixed.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and place about two tablespoons of the mixture in each. Roll tightly like burritos.
  4. Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
