  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herbs recommended)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels for better adherence of the cheese.
