  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, pesto, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
