Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, oats, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  6. For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly.
