  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red and green), chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients: Chop bell peppers and mince garlic. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. 2. Season chicken: Toss chicken strips with Cajun seasoning in a large bowl until well coated.
  3. 3. Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Make the sauce: Remove chicken from the skillet. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for about one minute. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine.
