- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup bell peppers (diced, mix of red and green)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced Andouille sausage until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown.
- Add diced bell peppers and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Mix in cooked pasta and shrimp; cook until shrimp are heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
