Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Toss the pecans with the sugar mixture and melted butter until well coated.
  5. Spread the coated pecans on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even caramelization.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
