  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ketchup; mix well.
