  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown. Add chopped broccoli and sauté until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spoon the filling into each pasta shell and place them seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells until covered. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly golden brown.
