  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 loaf crusty bread (e.g., French or Italian)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix remaining melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning; set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves. Layer sliced chicken on one half and pour Alfredo sauce over it. Top with more cheese if desired.
