Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté seasoned diced chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease but retain some for flavor.
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and ranch dressing. Simmer until slightly thickened (3-5 minutes).
  5. Return chicken and bacon to skillet along with drained pasta and spinach. Mix until spinach wilts.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the mixture while stirring gently to melt. Serve hot.
