  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 soft pita breads
  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
