- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 can (14 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, harissa paste, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them in the baking dish.
