  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned. Shred the cooked chicken.
  3. Boil egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk, stirring until smooth. Add shredded chicken, noodles, mixed vegetables, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
