- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned. Shred the cooked chicken.
- Boil egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
