- 2 medium Fuji or Honeycrisp apples, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brandy or white wine
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and chopped onions until fragrant.
- 4. Add sliced apples to the skillet and cook until slightly caramelized.
