  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (toasted)

Instructions

  6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold in Nutella for the filling.
  7. Unroll the cooled cake, spread filling evenly, roll again tightly, and chill.
  8. Melt chocolate with heavy cream for ganache; drizzle over the log and top with chopped hazelnuts before slicing.
