Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix milk and egg until smooth. Add melted butter and stir.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; gently combine until just mixed (some lumps are okay).
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly greasing if necessary.
  5. Pour about half a cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
