  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
