  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast
  • 4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 slices hearty bread (e.g., sourdough or whole grain)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.
