Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools: saucepan, thermometer, jars for storage, and whisk.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the whole milk and heat until it reaches 180°F (82°C), stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool to approximately 110°F (43°C).

- Pour the mixture into clean jars and cover with lids or cheesecloth. Place in a warm spot for fermentation (6-12 hours).
