Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix eggnog, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
