  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time while mixing slowly; then incorporate nutmeg, cinnamon, and eggnog until just combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
