  • 1 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggnog, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
