  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 lb store-bought gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Boil salted water in a separate pot and cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
  4. Reduce heat in the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the skillet, mixing everything together well.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
