Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (for glaze)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture until a sticky dough forms.

  6. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; drizzle with cream cheese glaze before serving.
