Instructions

- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the pot; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and smoked paprika; cook for another minute to combine flavors.
- Pour in beef broth and add bay leaves along with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
