Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 large sweet onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut steak and vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least an hour.
  3. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto soaked skewers in an alternating pattern.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your desired doneness.
