- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (6-8 minutes).
- Stir in diced bell peppers and cook until softened (about 3 minutes).
- Pour in diced tomatoes with juices and beef broth. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add orzo pasta and stir well. Simmer uncovered until the orzo is al dente (about 10 minutes).
