  • 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or American)
  • 12 soft dinner rolls (slider buns)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and pork sausage until no pink remains.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and cook until translucent. Stir in ketchup and mustard until well combined.
