Instructions
- Pit the Medjool dates if not already pitted.
- In a food processor, combine dates, nuts, coconut flakes, nut butter, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Pulse until a sticky mixture forms.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
- Remove from the pan using parchment paper and slice into desired sizes.
