- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Allow the dough to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pipe heart shapes onto prepared baking sheets using a piping bag.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool completely.
- For the filling, whisk together sugar and cocoa in a saucepan over low heat; gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Once cooled, slice open each pastry and fill with chocolate custard using a piping bag.
- For the ganache, heat cream and pour over dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth; drizzle over filled eclairs.
