  • 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions (sliced thinly)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook chicken until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Shred the chicken.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, minced garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until blended.
