  • 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken or ham
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw puff pastry sheets and roll them out slightly.
