  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
  • ½ cup salsa verde (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, fill it with two tablespoons of chicken mixture, sprinkle cheese on top, and roll tightly.
