- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey (170g)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (60g)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (30ml)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (30ml)
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
