  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko mixed with garlic powder.
