  • 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Select the sauté function on your Instant Pot. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  2. Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add diced potatoes and chopped kale to the pot along with chicken broth. Stir gently to combine.
