  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
