  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and prepare vegetables.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
