  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled Italian sausage until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Slice slider buns horizontally and layer half with the sausage mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the tops of the buns on, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
