- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Stir in half of the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer three no-boil noodles on top, followed by half of the ricotta, then half of the meat mixture.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients: noodles, marinara sauce, ricotta, and meat. Finish with another layer of noodles topped with remaining marinara sauce.
- Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
