Instructions

  1. Rinse sago pearls under cold water until clear. Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot and add the pearls once boiling.
  2. Cook sago for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until transparent. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Blend mango chunks until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, mix coconut milk with sugar until dissolved.
  5. In serving bowls, layer mango puree, cooked sago pearls, and top with coconut milk mixture.
