Instructions

  2. Coat the Chicken: Mix flour and panko together in another bowl. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, then coat each piece with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat the Oil: Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to about 1-2 inches deep. Heat over medium-high until shimmering.
  4. Fry the Chicken: In batches, fry chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Prepare the Glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, mix mango puree, mango chutney, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry (if using). Stir until thickened (3-4 minutes).
