  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for marinade)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (for marinade + additional for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse quinoa under cold water; cook in 2 cups of water or broth until fluffy (about 15 minutes).

  4. Chop cucumbers and halve cherry tomatoes while the steak rests after grilling.
