  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 14 oz canned diced tomatoes (fire-roasted recommended)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the pasta: In a large pot of salted water, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
