Description

Mini Bourbon Fudge Pies are decadent, bite-sized desserts that combine rich chocolate and a hint of bourbon in a buttery crust. Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp bourbon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press about a tablespoon into each muffin cup to form the crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Stir in bourbon and mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the chocolate filling into each cooled crust until almost full.
  5. Bake again for 15-20 minutes until set but soft in the center. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
  6. Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar; add whipped cream if desired.
