- 2 tbsp bourbon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press about a tablespoon into each muffin cup to form the crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Stir in bourbon and mix in eggs one at a time.
- Pour the chocolate filling into each cooled crust until almost full.
- Bake again for 15-20 minutes until set but soft in the center. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
- Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar; add whipped cream if desired.
