Description

Mint Oreo Fudge is a decadent, no-bake dessert that perfectly blends creamy white chocolate with refreshing mint and crunchy Oreo cookies. Ideal for celebrations or as a delightful sweet treat, this vibrant green fudge is not only a crowd-pleaser but also easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 3 drops green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mint extract and food coloring until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spread evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours or until firm.
