Instructions

- For the miso caramel, heat sugar and water in a saucepan until amber colored; remove from heat and stir in cream and miso.
- Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave; fold in miso caramel.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and chill for at least two hours before serving.
