  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
