  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round baking pans or line them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined; fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
  6. For the frosting, beat butter and cream cheese together until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar to achieve desired consistency.
